Returns and replacements
We accept return and replacement requests within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to approval.
If you receive the wrong item, if your product arrives damaged, or if there is a quality issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will review your case as quickly as possible.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be:

In the same condition in which it was received

With original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to request a return or replacement
To request approval, please email us at info@cocoloco.mx within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any defect, damage, or misprint
Once reviewed, we will let you know whether your request has been approved and share the next steps. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will review the item once received and confirm the resolution that applies. Depending on the case, this may include a refund, store credit, or replacement.
