When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and packed within 2-3 business days. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your tracking link hasn't updated in a few days, please reach out to our support team. We will help you contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer free shipping everywhere within Mexico. Unfortunately, due to tariffs, we do not ship to the US at this time. We encourage you to join our email list for future updates on international shipping.

Shipping is on us. All shipping costs within Mexico are already included in our prices, so there will be no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 6 business days from the moment your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to destination, holidays, weather conditions, periods of high demand, or circumstances beyond the control of Coco Loco and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as Estafeta, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the destination and service availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and/or a tracking link so you can follow your package until delivery.

Delivery and Shipping Responsibility
Once your order is successfully handed over to the shipping carrier, Coco Loco is not responsible for delays directly caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of loss, damage, or any other issue during transit, please contact us so we can help you follow up with the respective shipping carrier.

Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
Coco Loco is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start an exchange for a different size?

If you need a different size or style, please contact our support team with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is the return policy?

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to feel good about your Coco Loco purchase. If something isn't quite right—whether you received the wrong item, your product arrived damaged, there’s a quality issue, the size isn't right, or you simply changed your mind—you can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.

All returns are subject to approval and must meet the eligibility requirements listed below.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or replacement, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Retain all original tags
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Have a proof of purchase

How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Replacement
Please contact us at info@cocoloco.mx within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return, exchange, or replacement request
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a quality issue

Once we review your request, we will confirm if it has been approved and provide you with the next steps and instructions to complete the return.

Please do not send any products back before receiving our return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or one with a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and offer a solution.
Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Changed Your Mind?
No problem. If the product simply wasn't what you expected, you don't like it, or you prefer another size or style, you can request a return or exchange within the 30-day window, as long as the item meets all eligibility requirements.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items without their original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Items specifically marked as final sale
  • Returns requested after 30 calendar days from delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Refunds
Once we receive your approved return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
For voluntary returns, such as a change of mind, preference, or sizing issues, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise stated.
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item caused by our error, we will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or another product, please contact us so we can confirm availability.
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

How do your garments fit?

Our streetwear pieces are designed with a clean, modern fit. Most items run true to size with a slightly relaxed feel. Please refer to the Size Guide located on each product page for exact measurements before ordering.
How should I wash my COCO LOCO gear?

To preserve the premium quality of your heavyweight hoodies and graphic tees, we recommend machine washing cold, inside out. Hang dry to maintain the fabric's integrity and protect any prints or embroidery.
Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to change a size or cancel, email us immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we can no longer make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?

Credit or Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
3 Months Interest-Free: Available with participating credit cards (just choose "Credit card" at checkout; not available for debit cards).
Cash in Store: Choose Mercado Pago at checkout to pay at OXXO, 7-Eleven, Circle K, Soriana, Extra, or Calimax.
Bank Transfer: SPEI transfers are available through Mercado Pago using your online banking.
